Neeko Café Return & Refund Policy
At Neeko Café, every cake is freshly handcrafted using premium ingredients and prepared with great care. We want every customer to be happy with their order, and we take pride in ensuring the highest quality and presentation.
Because our cakes are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected.
1. Order Inspection Upon Collection
- Customers are kindly asked to inspect their cake carefully at the time of collection.
- Please check that the cake’s design, size, and decorations meet your expectations.
- Once the order leaves our premises, Neeko Café cannot be held responsible for any damage, handling, or storage issues.
2. Cancellations
- Orders cancelled 48 hours or more before the collection date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may receive 50% store credit.
- Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before collection are non-refundable, as preparation will already be in progress.
3. Storage and Handling
After collection, please keep cakes refrigerated and consume within 2–3 days for best quality.
Neeko Café is not liable for changes in quality or appearance due to improper storage, transport, or handling after collection.
4. Allergies and Special Requests
Please confirm any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order.
We are unable to provide refunds for cakes rejected due to allergy concerns disclosed after collection.
